A lot of contractor software charges per user or adds an onboarding fee. With Screed, the foreman you hire in April costs you nothing extra, and nobody shares a login to save money.

Before you pay.

Is there a free trial or a free plan?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you want. Starter is $80 a month for the whole company.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan covers everyone in your company. Add your estimators, foremen and office staff without the bill going up.
What counts as an active project on Starter?
Any project that isn’t archived. Archive finished jobs and they stop counting toward the 25. Pro and Commercial have no project limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down from Settings → Billing. Yearly billing is ten months’ price — two months free.
What does Commercial add?
Everything in Pro, plus the paperwork general contractors ask for — pay applications with their continuation sheet and retainage, submittal packages, WIP and job-cost reports, and receivables aging — and a setup call with us. The documents are Beta: early releases, still being finished. Some aren’t on the app’s screens yet; until they are, we generate them from your job for you.
